Fast.

Hello all (the few) who read my posts, on Monday I started a fast, this fast includes buying only necessities. Gas. No eating out unless someone is buying, no more coffee runs, ect. I also will limit any food I get, rations if you will. I will rarely eat from my house, if I do it can only be things found in third world countries, i.e. fruits. Why this fast? Because I want to train my body to not always crave food, allow it to run in desperate situations, which could include no food for a week. Right now I am pacing my body, I am eating food I can find for free, later this week I will be making it a little harsher. Week by week it will continue to be more and more scarce. I hope to be at a level that I could go a week without needing food, so in about three months that's where I'll be. So let me ask you something, how far would you go to accomplish a goal? Americans are so lazy, I am challenging you to a week without being lazy. Example: Don't use the automatic doors, find some manual doors. Maybe park in the back of a parking lot and walk for a change. No escalators!!

Later this week I'll be talking about being alive. yes, alive.

  1. Not all Americans are lazy, don't be a douche-bag.

  2. You can't deny the fact that most americans are indeed lazy. I'm not saying that there are exceptions, but in all reality we are pretty lazy.

  3. Americans are totally lazy. the majority are and majority wins. They want the American dream and crave the next 'something' to come out to entertain them while they eat dinner and to make life easier, yet again.
But they have big hearts and strong desires to help others, but we certainly take things for granted and do not always appreciate they very simple necessities.
Each generation is getting lazier I think it's up to us to make sure that America doesn't turn into a country blinded by glitz of having everything we want when we want it.
I think it's good to take little steps to achieve something bigger :)
